So who are we?
We are a couple that has spent our entire adult lives building “our vision”….
I have spent the last 42 years in the Construction Industry.
My wife has spent most of her career in Academia.
And we used business ownership and Real Estate Investing to turn our VISION INTO REALITY 😊
We are doing this full time and have the time of our lives…
We have used other real estate investing strategies to fund this vision.
Some of these include: Seller Financing, Subject to the existing mortgage, wholesaling, Fix-N-Flip, Buy & Hold, Commercial Multi-Family, Residential Multi-Family, Rental Arbitrage, Money Lending, and more.
